This policy explains how VUELO (“VUELO”, “we”) handles personal information, in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
What we collect
- Details you give us in a quote request or message: name, email, phone, organisation, role, property address, preferred dates, notes and any files you upload.
- Information needed to deliver a job, such as access arrangements and on-site contacts.
- Basic technical information our hosting provider records when you visit, such as IP address and browser type.
Why we collect it
To prepare quotes, schedule and deliver property media, communicate with you, invoice, and meet legal obligations. We don’t sell personal information or use it for unrelated marketing.
Images captured at properties
Property media can incidentally show personal items or people. We avoid capturing people and personal items where we can and will remove or obscure them on reasonable request. For tenanted properties, the agent or owner is responsible for giving tenants the notice and obtaining the consent required under NSW law.
Who we share it with
Service providers that help us run the business, such as website hosting and form handling (Netlify), email, file delivery and tour hosting platforms (for example iGUIDE). Some providers may store data outside Australia. We share information only as needed to deliver our services or where the law requires it.
Storage and security
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, and delete or de-identify it when it’s no longer needed.
Access, correction and complaints
You can ask to access or correct your personal information, or make a privacy complaint, through our contact form. If you’re not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
