Frequently asked

Can’t find your answer? Ask us.

What areas do you cover?
We’re launching on the Sapphire Coast and Bega Valley, from Bermagui to Eden and inland to Candelo. Properties outside that area are welcome by arrangement; use the area check on our service areas page.
How much does it cost?
Every property is different, so we quote in writing after you tell us the property type, size, location and the media you need. Use the quote builder to send the details.
How far ahead should I book?
As early as you can, especially in peak listing and holiday seasons. Tell us your preferred dates and we’ll confirm what’s available.
How long does a shoot take?
It depends on the property and the media. A combined photo, tour and plan visit for a family home usually takes a few hours. We’ll give you an estimate with your quote.
How should the property be prepared?
Clean and declutter, open blinds, turn on lights, hide personal items and put cars away. We’ll send a preparation checklist when you book.
What if the property is tenanted?
Tenants must be given proper notice and their consent obtained for photos or tours of an occupied home, under NSW tenancy law. Please arrange this before the shoot. We avoid capturing personal items where possible.
What happens if the weather is bad?
Interiors can usually go ahead. Exteriors, twilight shots and drone work may be rescheduled to the next suitable day.
Can you fly a drone at every property?
No. Drone work depends on weather, airspace, nearby people and CASA rules. We check every address and confirm in writing what can be flown.
Are your floor plans a survey?
No. Our plans and measurements are marketing documents. iGUIDE states its LiDAR measurement is accurate to within 0.5%, but they are not a cadastral, boundary or building survey and aren’t certified for legal or engineering use.
What is the difference between a 360° tour and a digital twin?
A 360° tour is a set of linked panoramas. A digital twin, as we use the term, is a tour captured with LiDAR so it also carries a floor plan and measurements.
How do I receive my files?
Through an organised download folder and shareable links for tours. Files are named and sized for portals, print and social.
Who owns the media?
Usage rights are set out in your quote. Typically you can use the media to market the property, and VUELO keeps copyright.
Are the images on this website your client work?
Not yet. VUELO is launching, so images marked “illustrative” are licensed stock from Magnific and Adobe Stock. As we complete client work, we’ll replace them with real projects (with the owner’s permission).
Do you offer certified inspections or surveying?
No. VUELO provides property media and documentation. We don’t provide surveying, engineering, building inspection or construction certification.
