What the credit is worth, per eligible listing (GST inclusive, set by realestate.com.au):
- $500 for metro listings
- $250 for regional listings
To qualify, according to the offer terms:
- The listing is a paid Premiere+ listing in the buy section of realestate.com.au, in NSW or Victoria
- It is uploaded between 1 September 2026 and 31 March 2027
- An iGUIDE 3D tour and an iGUIDE or agency floor plan are on the listing from the first upload, and stay on it for the campaign
- The credit goes towards the vendor’s media, or reimburses media they have already paid for
Pay on Sale, land and rental listings are excluded, the credit can’t be combined with other offers, and realestate.com.au decides whether an area is metro or regional. The offer can be withdrawn on 14 days’ notice.
