The best way to show what we do is to do it, on a property you know. So for our launch we are handing over our most popular package, Showcase, at no cost to a small number of agents, developers and owners across the Sapphire Coast.
What is on the house
Everything in Showcase, normally $550 including GST:
- Up to 20 edited daytime photos, colour-corrected with straight verticals
- Social media creatives for Instagram and Facebook: Just listed, Open home and Sold
- An iGUIDE 3D tour that buyers can walk through room by room, on any device
- A measured floor plan with room dimensions and floor areas
- A site plan showing the buildings and the whole lot from above
Want more from the same visit? Drone, twilight, film or an agent open-home video can be added at our normal prices. Only the Showcase package is free.
Why we are doing it
Most listings still go live with photos alone. Buyers now expect to understand a home before they visit: how big the rooms are, how they connect, and where the house sits on the land. Showcase gives them all of that from one visit, and we want you to see the difference on a real listing before you ever pay for it.
The fine print
- Places are limited, and we choose properties that suit our portfolio
- Open to properties on the Sapphire Coast until 25 November 2026, or until the places are filled
- In return, we can feature the photos and tour on our website and social media, with your permission
How we do it

Apply
Send the property address and a preferred date through the booking form and mention the launch offer. We usually reply within one business day.

We plan the shoot
We confirm the time around the best light, and send a short checklist so the home is ready.
- 3
One visit
Photos, the iGUIDE scan with LiDAR, and the site plan, captured in the same visit.
- 4
Ready to list
Edited photos, social creatives, the 3D tour link, floor plan and site plan, delivered to one folder, ready to upload.
