One LiDAR capture produces a walkable 360° tour, a measured floor plan and room dimensions, all from the same data.
The feeling, and the facts.
Photography shows what a room is like. The plan shows how the rooms connect, and how big they are. A digital twin gives buyers both.

Questions
What is the difference between a 360° tour and a digital twin?
A 360° tour is a set of linked panoramas. A digital twin, as we use the term, is a tour captured with LiDAR, so it also carries a measured floor plan and dimensions.
How long does a capture take?
It depends on the size of the property. Your quote confirms the time on site.
Can tours go on Google Maps?
iGUIDE can export tours of commercial premises to Google Street View, which needs a Google Business Profile at that address.
